Refunds and exchanges
For ordinary exchange requests, WealthGem Luxury Wears offers an exchange rather than a refund. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the next steps and provide return instructions. Do not send an item to an address that we have not confirmed.
Exchange timelines
- Accra: Contact us and arrange for the item to be returned on the same day it is delivered to you.
- Outside Accra: Contact us promptly after delivery and ensure the item reaches our Accra return point within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions.
Faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed items
If an item arrives faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue.
